Editor: We've actually tried to answer this very same question over a year ago! Good Questions: Where Can I Get This Bed? and another similar one here Good Questions: Winged Headboard Bed? Check out the comments on both posts and readers, please add additional source info to the comments of this post.
Usona Home sells them. In fact, at least recently in the Philadelphia store, they had a floor model on sale in their window. Hope that helps.
Here is a link. http://www.usonahome.com/

Someone already gave you a link but if that doesn't work out Charles P rogers has similar beds (though not the exact one)

Cisco Brothers has very similar beds/headboards. You can find them at ABC Carpet and Home. Restoration Hardware and WS Home have winged headboards, but I'm pretty sure not tufted and winged at the same time.

Or a sleek (and cheap!) version from Costco. Seriously.

Thanks a whole lot, now I want a new bed. :)

I'm sure you could make one fairly easily. Wood frame, foam/batting, fabric and covered buttons. I'd drill small holes to achieve the tufting....

I just saw a similar-style, in leather, at Crate & Barrel. The wings are a little more subtle. I *think* it was called "Archer".

missBesancon, I was about to suggest the same thing but ya beat me to it. I made my own upholstered headboard out of a ugly wooden headboard I saved from the alley. Even if your not good with a jigsaw you can have them cut it out of plywood for you at the lumbar yard. Draw up your own pattern on paper. You can make the wings as deep or shallow as you like. You'd be surprized at what you can do yourself and how simple it really is once you try it. Google instructions on how to do the tufting. You will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars ,too.
